Descriptions
Chinese herbal medicine extract is refined from root, stem and leaves of plants, and contains high sugar which is easy melted at high temperature. Normal centrifugal spraying cannot meet these drying requirements, so we organized a group of technicians to develop such a dryer which specialize in Chinese herbal medicine extract through repeated calculations and many tests basis on our experience to make spraying dryer and collect advantages of same line of dryers from domestic and abroad.
Working principle
Original liquid would be feed by Peristaltic Pump from vessel, and become spray under High Speed Atomizer, the atomizer would be driven by Compressed Air, Atomizing Disc diameter can reach 25000rpm at most. Peristaltic Pump Flow can be adjusted and stable, which can ensure FEEDING STABLY and CONTROL TEMPERATURE EFFECTIVELY.
The new air would be filtered according to Pre-filter and Mid-filter, then start to heat by ELECTRICITY, until inlet air temp. reach 300~350C(depend on actual need). After this, the heated air would be enter the Spray Chamber uniformly, with the help of Spiral-type Hot-air Distributor on the cover. After hot air touch with Spray(materials), water can be evaporated very fast, fine and dry powder can be collected by Cyclone Separator. All adopt SS304.
Features
i. The diameter and height of tower have be modified, not only ensure that powder cannot reach at the wall of tower before drying, but also ensure that the powder will have enough dwelling time in hot air to complete low temperature drying. The wall of tower has sandwich cooling device to ensure liquid materials not to be softened, melt or coked when hey are stuck on the wall that has partial high-temperature. There is air shocker on the cone body which has larger and can pulsate the tube by compressed air to shake down powder which is stuck on the tube.
ii. All contact place inside the dryer have plain or round surface, and are ground and polished (fine polish over 10) to avoid sand hole and dead angle… The contact surface is made of stainless steel to ensure material free of pollution. The driving parts have good sealing to prevent water and oil. Material discharge is done by sealed butterfly valve to avoid air leaking. Discharge pipes are connected flexibly for easy dismantling in order.
